Privacy policy

Draft, pending legal review. Some details (our legal entity, contact address and retention period) are still being confirmed.

This policy covers the Grivallure Medical website. It explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we never collect.

What we collect

When you request an audit or book a call, you give us:

  • your name, role and email address;
  • your practice's name, website, specialty and city;
  • optionally, a short note about the phones or the website.

We use these details to write your audit, to contact you about it, and to arrange a call if you ask for one.

What we never collect

Our forms never ask for patient or health information: no dates of birth, symptoms, treatment history or insurance details. Please don't include any in the optional note.

Analytics and pixels

We may use privacy-friendly page analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We record three events: an audit form started, an audit form sent, and a call booked, with no form contents attached. We use no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking.

Who we share it with

Your request goes to our own customer records system so our team can respond. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as we need them to work with you. The exact retention period is being confirmed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form and say so.

Audit reports

Audits and redesign concepts we send are reached through a private, password-protected link. They describe your public website only and contain no patient information.
